- Yes. There is a 1 dog maximum for this house. Exceptions may be made for size and breed of dog but an additional fee of $100 will be charged for a second dog. No cats are permitted in this home.
- Only dogs permitted, please pick up any messes in the yard (scooper and bags are provided, please dispose in the trashcan under the stairs outside)
- Dogs are not permitted on beds
- No more than 2 dogs may be brought to the property
- Dogs should be crated when left alone in the house

- Starter amounts of supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish detergent, etc are provided. Large parties and those booking stays longer than 3 nights may need to purchase additional supplies.
- The hot tub is serviced twice per week so it is possible guests my encounter someone from the spa company. No access to living area is required, hot tub is accessed through carport.
- Propane exchange for grill can be made at Food Lion, WaWa or WalMart.
