- Yes. There is a 1 dog maximum for this house. Exceptions may be made for size and breed of dog but an additional fee of $100 will be charged for a second dog. No cats are permitted in this home.
- Only dogs permitted, please pick up any messes in the yard (scooper and bags are provided, please dispose in the trashcan under the stairs outside)
- Dogs are not permitted on beds
- No more than 2 dogs may be brought to the property
- Dogs should be crated when left alone in the house

- Fire pit should never be left unattended when in use
-Firewood can be purchased at ACE Hardware and Kellogg Supply Co in Kill Devil Hills
